    Hey all

Im having the worst trouble finding a drivers side window motor for a ford focus 04 carvan. its the 1.8 tddi zetec model. Iv looked on the net and so far come up with nothing. I have heard that there is a common problem with the focus driver side door motor! if anyone can help please post.

Im having the same problem at the minute. All i can sugggest is either buy a new unit (€260 IIRC) or source a used one in a scrap yard.

Or try your local Motor Factors. There are a lot of companies importing them now, but not for all models.

If its common problem i wouldnt recommend getting a second hand1, as chances are it will fail shortly after fitting. Good luck with the hunt

+1, especially if it's the drivers side.
