    Just after the Southbound Cherrywood turn off, on the little slip road.

    Two cop cars and about 5-6 customs chappies.

    Is this the same as flashing traffic to warn of a speed trap? That is, illegal whistleblowing?

    I'm sure the OP was just warning other road-users of a possible likihood of drivers braking sharply in the area - more of a safety concern than anything.
