    All, I have just read your posts on the level of customer service associated with one particular online vendor and have decided not to place my order with them - thanks for saving me all that hassle. I want to buy an automatic machine as I would like a handy way to get lattes sorted when friends come around. I currently have a Starbucks Barista/Saeco Via Venezia and it's just too much hassle to get four or five lattes ready. So the question - the deLonghi Prima Donna or the Saeco Primea Touch Plus?? Any inputs?
