Garda XC70's on M8

    Hi,
    I spotted an odd sight this evening. 8 Garda Response Unit Volvo XC70's heading northbound on the M8 near Cahir. The first 6 were in convoy and they were tipping along fairly hard. The other two were back a bit.
    I wonder what they were up to???
    Just curious...

    Regional Response Units for another region are in training at the moment. That was the pursuit driving course you happended apon.

    i seen the garda ombudsman commission volvo on the navan raod today
