Sky Player Error 16

    Hi there,
    I had Skyplayer installed on my PC but my hard drive got corrupted and I had to format my Hard drive. I reinstalled Sky Player and not I am getting this error.

    It appears that you are logging in from a different PC. Only one PC can use Sky Player. For assistance, please call customer services on 08442 411 599 and quote the error code [code 16].

    Has this happen to anyone esle and if so what did they have you do. I have tried calling the number but I am not having any luck in getting through.

    Can anyone help me with this issue too?

    I was trying to install SkyPlayer on my home PC (was on my work laptop but have had to remove it).

    I have tried ringing the number above - 08442 411 599, and it just doesn't work for me. I have also tried 0044 08442 411 599 and 00448442 411 599, they won't work for me either. Anyone know what number I can ring, or how I am to ring that number?

    Any help? Please>
