Hotel to meet in Prospect Hill

Last min advice..looking for a hotel / bar to meet in close enough to the bottom of Prospect Hill. Lost the office space for a meeting at the 11th hour (10 people or so to meet) and need to find something last min. Doesn't have to be a separate room or anything. Tea and coffee availability is all :)
The Western would have been ideal location wise, but they have 2 functions booked in tomorrow :(

Any recommendations for a hotel with a quietish bar around 6 for an hour in that area. Was thinking maybe Eyre Sq but dunno...?
    Thanks.

The Western Hotel would do as well.

Yeah, for some reason not familiar with any of those 3 places - been downstairs in Richardsons.
I know folks rehearse music and theatre upstairs, so I just assumed it was fairly bare?
Need to lean a tad toward 'hotel' in terms of comfort due to the mixture of folks coming. Is O'Connells back room just like an extension of the bar itself, or more like a bare-ish room?

1 minute from prospect hill is garveys bar which has a separate section at the back which shouldn't be busy at that time. Also has a hotel attached. Or same street Eyre Square hotel, Forster court hotel, Park House hotel. Hope this helps.

Just realised it's after six and it was today you wanted it so prob of no use.

Actually it's tomorrow, Tuesday. Thanks, these help, no one seems to have 'reservable space' but seems like we could get somewhere.
    Thanks :)

What about the pub underneath what used to be the Great Southern in eyre sq. God i'm no good with names. It used to be Tosh and O' Flahertys. They have an area to the left when you come in the door that they reserve and would probably throw in some free finger food as that seems to be a given for anything at all down there.

The Imperial - but I think they would be doing dinner at that stage.
    The Victoria
The Meyrick if you want to impress?

Thanks, I think we'll go for the bar in one of the smaller / quieter ones that's closer to the original meeting place. Wouldn't mind, but someone else should be organising this

Murty Rabbit's on Forster st. would be ideal - they have a snug area off the main bar that is usually free and should be able to fit 10 or more handy enough

    Nice food too btw
