Arc Welding Inverter query

hey guys i am looking to buy a welder for learning to weld and then for some light fabrication around the farm makeing and repairing farm machinery
i have been searching around online and have gome up with two choices

i havent welded before but have gotten loads of theroy from welding manuals and books but now think hands on experience would be good

this is first welder priced at 712€

If you don't need a Tig capable plant spend more on a decent MMA
Are you welding big stuff? Loader buckets? Gates?

Check out the auctions around the country, sadly they are busy! You would get a good bargain there!
