I booked a group booking for 9 people on a ryanair flight a few weeks back and one of the girls forgot to tell me her passport is in her maiden name instead of her married name (which is what i used to book flight). Will i have to change the name on the ticket now and is there a charge for this?

Details are all on Ryanairs website. But as I was interested in knowing the procedure too. I looked it up.
A passenger name can be changed online at the rate of £100/€100 or via the airport or reservation centre at the rate of £150/€150. Name changes can be made up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time either online or via a reservation centre (subject to opening hours). Any name change made to a flight reservation must be for that individual passenger’s complete flight itinerary.
If the flight is to the UK, she can use a driving licence as photo ID instead of the passport assuming she has that in her married name. If not it may be cheaper to re-book her and buy another ticket because the refund policy is as follows.
All Ryanair fares are fully changeable flight/dates/times/routes and names (up to 4 hours prior to original flight departure) however fares, fees or charges are non-refundable. Government taxes are the only portion of taxes, fees and charges which are refundable. Government tax refunds are subject to an administration fee of £16, which is half BA's admin fee of £30 and significantly lower than BMI's £25 or Easyjet's £17.50. If the refund amount due to the customer is less than the applicable refund administration charge then no refund will be made. Government tax refund requests must be made within one month from the booked travel date
Essentially you will probably get nothing back.

She should have told you about this earlier. Now she either has to pay €100 to change the name or pay for a second ticket whichever is cheaper. It's going to cost her whatever happens.
