Me and my gf have narrowed down our search for a house to this area.we were wonderin has any1 brought 1 or been in a finished house besides the show house?We also heard that the builder was in trouble with the banks.Is this a good thing for a buyer?Think Murphy Const built it.any info would be apprieacated.
