20k Safe investment

    Sorry just looking for some opinions what is the best investment now for roughly 20k that will be needed in 6 months? I presume just some fixed interest account that ties it up for 6 months but if someone could let me know which are the best. Also I want zero risk with this money but if you have other ideas be appreciated thanks for the help

    That's not entirely accurate now, is it?

    Anything up to €100K is guaranteed under the govt. deposit guarantee scheme.

    So, OP really has nothing to worry about in terms of the security of his deposit.
