    HI,

I have been really worried about my exams th epast few days and i think anxiety has gotten the better of me as i am feeling physically sick and drained when i think of the exams.

This morning i missed my exam, i was really worried all last night and then on my way into college this morning i got sick on public transport and went stright home.

My question is to you think a GP will now entertain this issue so i cna obtain a medical cert or does this fall out of the realm of my student GP service and should i now seek a councellor?

    Thank you

Personally, I think if you told your GP what you've just told us, then he/she will help you out.

    Good luck :)

Definitely go to your GP - doctors do more than treat high blood pressure and chest infections. They will help you out.

    You have two questions here
1st do you have access to your family GP, they woudl know you better than a drop in college GP service
second if you do go to the College GP they will have seen this a number of times before and will be able to assist, it is possible they will refer you for counselling too, but I dont think a counsellor can write you a medical cert
