anytime i try to order a sky ppv event i get this. i rang sky about it ages ago and they told me to this that and the other and everytime they say it should be fixed now. I gave up trying to fix it ages ago. when i got to system check it says line connected. is it as simple as the modem is f*cked or could there be a…

Ive had the same problem before...where there was a limit on the account of forty something euro...but a call to them sorted it out...there mightnt be anything wrong with your box modem.
