Excellent choice of rifle. cal depends on what you intend using it for.

Just Rabbits and some target shooting. As its my first rifle I didn't really want to go mad. Don't have an interest in lamping fox unless they where causing an issue with some one I no Local Farmer etc so that's why I didn't feel there was a need for a hornet or .223 just yet. (not against others doing it though). I,m lucky in a sense that I'm a farmer so there's plenty of places to go...

How much would you expect to pay for the said gun bearing in mind its second hand...Though it really is in immaculate condition there's not so much of a mark on it.And id say its seen very little use.. No scope though..

Not Just sure of the model will find out tomorrow.
    Cheers

Not sure of SH values but i got quotes ranging from 1400-1850 for mine
Lot of dif models and two main actions,54 and 64
54 seems to be the more expensive, all have a good reputation AFAICS

Ill find out the model tomorrow.
With regards to the firearms certificate, I already have two both for shot guns... Will another two letters be sufficient enough? And I moved house not so long ago so will be in a new district will this cause me problems, having said that im only 10 mins up the road from my old district. Just want to make sure I have already as I suspect the licence might be harder to get than the shot gun...

    Cheers

I believe two letters of permission on suitable land is minimum required
At what address do you have shot gun's licenced to?

With regard to transfer to new address?
I would presume you would need to get this sorted out first
