Thinking of putting the house up for sale, just wondering what people think of the effectiveness of For Sale signs these days. Do people still drive around areas they are looking at or is it all done via daft or myhome?

It's a buyer's market these days. We would rely on websites rather than drive round, what a difference 18 months makes!
