Suggest a sport

    Hi, im thinking about taking up a sport to keep fit and somthing to do , anyone have sugestions i am a 19 year old guy thats never played gaa or soccer, only the odd kick about etc.

    Swimming or running. Both you can do by yourself.

    Cheers for the reply, have been swimming for awhile.....dont think i could do running, looking for somthing thats active and physical i think

    Cycling either is good for fitness.

    Personally I'd suggest airsofting. It's great fun and a great way to keep fit. You can find everything you need to know in the airsoft section

    cant beat a good match of soccer wit m8s and since its an aerobic activity..it will keep u fit:)

    Try Aussie rules with the MAYO MARINERS , it's great craic it'll keep ya fit , it's physical, if ya don't trust ur kickin abilities sure a handball is just as good

    Definitely soccer. You can have a good game with players of vastly different skill levels.
