One double and one single room available in a lovely four-bedroom house in Gould St, off Barrack St in Cork City. The house is only five minutes walk from UCC and ten minutes to the city centre. Two people, mid-twenties, already living in the house. There are double beds in all rooms, cable tv, high-speed wireless internet, a modern kitchen with a washer/dryer and a spacious living area. Rooms available at the end of May for three months, but there may be an option to stay on for longer if required. Rent for the single room is €75/ week and €90/ week for the double room. Rent remains the same all-year round (i.e. does not get more expensive for college term). More photos of the house can be sent on if requested
