    been looking around because all the one i used to frequent are going, gone or dead on their feet.
    Any one got a site they want to praise.

    I think he was looking for anime discussion websites, not somewhere to download his favourite open source software.

    Wikipedia for info, hands down.
    MyAnimeList.net can be handy, but TBH the userbase is mostly juvenile.

    @cy_revenant, guessed as much, but a plug for OS software was very much obliged.

    don't go to /a/, unless you wantto get ridiculed.

    (I do stand by boxtorrents for anime discussion though, it really IS top class)

    Baka updates is pretty good for keeping track of when a particular show has been subbed
    +1 for myanimelist... Some of their recommendations for shows I might like are pretty spot on
