We're about to start ground works on our new build. We have a lot of top soil going spare if anyone is interested around the Fermoy area in Cork. PM me if interested.

Just a quick piece of advice keep as much top soil as you can until you finish landscaping or you could be in the same position as the recently completed home down the road from my build with their lawn about 6 inches lower than they wanted and now flooding and below kerb height.

On my build we leveled out the site last week and I am about 30 tonnes short and now have one part of the site much lower than the rest.

I am also in Fermoy area so if you want to give it away I may be I can take some.
