How much would one expect to pay for accomodation for two in the belfield area, basically the cheaper the better. But within 10mins cyvling distance of UCD ?

it depends in the type of accomodation you want.

A twin room would probably be about 330-350 PM; a single is around 400 PM-thats what i paid last year and i was a 5 minute walk form the main gate :)

no offense but i think that may be a little unrealistic. im sure you'll find that its actually quite rare to find anywhere that cheap that close to ucd. not impossible, just rare

A lot of prices in the area have fallen recently. I'd expect to pay about 350 for a single room, maybe 450 for a double/twin room.
