I was out for the day and brought the dog for a walk around St Annes park and ventured up to Red Stables to get something in the Farmers Market. I had the 5d and the 50mm f1.4.

You have picked up on some great detail that the every day person would never notice on a walk around the park. You have opened my eyes fox.

l have been to St. Anne's a half dozen time and came back with very little in the past. Really nice shots. Favorite is No.3 - 'Fairytale Glade' Love it.
The Heart on the Tree is Unique.

I'm in total agreement with Linda. I loved the heart on the tree. It's very different. I love the detail in the bark that you captured. I also loved photo 3.

Super day out and nice to be restricted to the 50mm on the 5d, it really seems a natural focal length to use.

    Many thanks for the comments

St Annes is a great place to ramble around, I wanted to have a mix of organic and man-made shots when I finished and it seems to have worked.

Really nice stuff there Keith. I used to know that park quite well off the back of the bike as a chisler, however you're shots are prompting me to take a trip back to see it with different eyes.

The heart in the tree is a lovley capture as is the fairyale glade. Although I do like the detail you've captured in the other shots.

    Well done.
