Pontiac GTO The Judge

I love Pontiac GTOs but especially the Judge version ever since I saw one in the film "Dazed and Confused". Now I'm after seeing a film from this year called "Sex Drive" where a Judge is in nearly every scene. Every muscle car fan should see this film even if teen sex comedies aren't what you'd usually watch

I know there is one in "Two Lane Blacktop" too although I've never seen that film. BTW it may be the case that some or all of the above Judges were not genuine Judges but they look good enough to me in any case :)

So anyway, does anyone else like 'em and are there any in Ireland. I don't think i've ever seen one for sale in the UK Classic American magazine. Probably very rare this side of the pond with genuine cars being highly sought after in the States.

There was an orange 'Judge' for sale here at an American Classic Car specialist here in Holland for ages and I believe it;s now for sale through a specialist in Germany. Pricetag 33k

Personally I prefer the more 'understated' look of the older GTO's, particularly the 66-67 models

Yeah I must try to find that film. Two Lane Blacktop had a profound effect on me when i first saw it.

As a young lad my folks would wake me if there was a film on late at night with a car chase. I recall the GTO and even had a kit model of one some years later which I loved.

Wasn't it Denis Wilson and Warren Oats ?
