    Hello,

    So i bought the 3 modem the other day and i can't get it to work. I have contacted their technical support in Mumbai 3 times and they haven't been able to help me.

    Message i get is: The device has been disconnected or is unavailable.

    And when i go back to the store, they cannot touch my laptop for insurance reasons. I don't know what else to do-any help will be appreciated.

    Laptop is vista
