I hope this is in the right place.

Im using windows 7 on an acer Aspire 6530g.
Connecting it by HDMI to my tv means I must go into control panel and set the default speakers to External display otherwise the sound comes from the laltop and not the tv. Then I have to go back into the sound properties and change it back to laptop when I'm finished.
I know it's only a small thing but it's really bugging me.
Does anyone know of an easier way to get the sound from the tv.

Is there a program that'd let me set a custom function key to change the sound output, similar to Fn5 for the display?

Is there a setting to automatically switch audio once the hdmi is inserted?

Could I create a seperate user with the tv sound and display as default and then just switch user quickly to restore to the laptop?

Don't think it's anything to do with Windows 7, I'm nearly certain that Vista or XP would have the same issue with HDMI outputs.

    Thanks
