    i know timing belt/water pump done every 40k aprox
    but anyone know generally how many miles the engines last? 100k?
    150k? 170k:eek:?

    There is no set in stone figure to how long an engine will last. It really depends on how the car was treated and maintained. Put it this way, a properly maintained car will last alot longer than an abused one.

    Also bare in mind that there are other components in a car that do not stand up to the test of time as much as the engine.

    Ive seen them with 130-140k on them with no problems. Clios unlike Lagunas and Meganes are bomb proof
