Room Available For 3 Months

Im pretty sure i should put this here, so i had to kick a housemate out and now have a double room with en-suite available in a house in leixlip, its near the train station and a shop, nice house, broadband, NTL digital, gas. 390 a month + bills, anyone interested ?
