was in the uci in tallaght last night. we always pay for the premium seats as hate the whole scrabbling to find a seat otherwise. Last night two middle aged women sat in premium seats that obviously hadn't paid for premium tickets. The usherette told a guy in a blue shirt that seemed to be her boss that those ladies didn't have premium tickets and for him to go and ask them to move.....ten minutes of humming and hawing from him followed before he went up to the ladies. He asked if they had premium tickets. NO. he then said that those seats were reserved and asked the ladies to move back a few rows to a different set of premium seats as they would be empty for the show. Nice to know that premium seats can be had for the price of normal! :)

Premium seats beside regular seating? thats stupid.

In Australia, the premium seats are kept seperate in a smaller room. They're all leather recliners and you can order before the film for food to come in e.g. 30min into film a beer, 1hr into film, chicken wings, 1hr 30 mins another beer.

I booked seats in Dun Laoghaire for Quantum of Solace and when we got there our seats had been taken. I asked the person on the door if she could tell me where my seats where and she told me to sit anywhere, I then asked the manager who replied that although they print seat number on the ticket no one takes any notice of that.

The only seats where so close to the screen you couldn't see a thing so I demanded my money back.

UCI are a very poor relation to "movies At..."
