Heya, I'm looking to learn Taekwon-do, i did it for a few months a few years ago but got out of the habit. Is there any schools in and around Dublin city that teach it? Im a beginner and only know a few basic drills.

    Regards,
    Daragh

There's a class in Cabra, the sports complex in Pope John Paul Park, and one in Castleknock that i know about.

Are you wanting to learn technique? To fight? For fitness?

Go to an MMA class instead would be my suggestion

Check out www.inta.ie and go to clubs section for list of clubs. Exchequer St being the main full time club in city centre. Also, www.iutf-dublin.com. If you're not in city centre, let us know where and might be able to recommend a club in your locality...

There's a pretty big club near enough to Cabinteely that Simon trains at as far as I know.

Be forewarned, it AIN'T all 360 kicks and scissors kicks!

I train in Terenure & Templeogue (both in the inta.ie links page above) - not too many Cabinteely direction though. One in Dalkey...

    Ah, a good 90% is 360 kicks!!
