    WHat the Hell,

    I have an ACER 5920G and the Time just changes Randomly on its Own.

    Its 22:05p.m right now and it says 19:40.
    When I click the time(bottom right) And the Clock pops up it is THE RIGHT TIME.

    I Have gone and changed it before but this KEEPS Happening and I Keep loosing Track of time.

    HELP PLEASE!!!

    Have you installed any new software?
    Have you made any time zone or sytem locale changes?
    Is your av software uptodate?
    What OS are you running?

    Are you connecting to any network/device that keeps track of the time?

    Try going to the command promt and type- net stop w32time

    Does it still happen?

    No Timezone Changes.

    Command promt, as in Run...etc?
    No I am not connected to any network device, just the net lol..

    So My av software Affects my OS Clock?

    Yes it is up to date otherwise I would get pop up saying its not.

    If your AV software is out of date - yes it can affect your system time.
