Car Deal Fell Through (returning a Bank Draft)

    Will the bank give me access to my money straight away once I present the bank draft over the counter? Its made out to the garage I had done the deal with.

    Thanks. The money came out of an account I have in the bank where I am a customer so I am indeed me.
