    hey, i was thinking of setting up a flower stand in Fairyhouse market selling flowers, i was wondering is anyone familiar with the market and if you guys think flowers would sell out there?:o

    I'm not too familiar with Fairyhouse but have you thought about selling outside cemeteries at the weekends?
    Theres one near us and theres a couple there every weekend selling flowers from a van. Their always busy.
    Some might say they are making a killing. :)

    hi . how do you go about getting a stall in fairyhouse , i have been looking into this - not in the flower business now

    Its worth doing a tour of the markets to make sure that what you are planning to sell will fit into mix of other stalls and of course no point is going where there is too much competition. There are plenty there as can be seen on the Events and Markets website, but vital that you pick the right one for your products.

    Only been to fairyhouse once and the first stall I was greeted by was a guy selling 'new release' DVDs - that set the tone of it for me.:(
