I thought this we could be a good idea so we can keep an eye on any opportunities

An ok site, my only reservation is that when you contact them a lot of their properties seem to have "The business currently enjoys an average weekly turnover of €5,000 per week. Certified turnover figures are available on request"

The majority seem to be 5 grand a week turnover

not the most high end page granted, but some good business to business opportunities here




Im aware Daft.ie and Myhome.ie do commercial property listings but they seem to be of the "empty retail unit" type, so lets keep the list more of of the "business for sale and ready to go" type.

• All the sites mentioned are reputable and well known.
• By now the Mods have seen this thread.
• If it helps us all keep an eye out for a possible opportunity then I really dont see your point.

Daft may be be mostly vacant units to let but there are a lot of going concerns there too you just need to look a little harder as they generally only give those details when you click on the thumbnail to see the full ad.
