    Just wondering if any one knows where there are any dressmaking courses or beginners sewing classes in Galway?

    Check out BurdaStyle and Threadbanger online, should keep you going.

    I think late July or August they'll have the booking for the classes up. You can give them a ring about it.

    are the cousres in the gti evening courses??

    heard there might be some starting out in the moycullen oughterard direction.

    The gti courses are evening courses. Nothing up about them on website yet.

    Will you post on here if you hear anymore about the courses out Moycullen direction as I would be interested in them.

    yea sure will! think the vec were going to run them heard it on galway bay fm before the summer.

    hopefully the gti courses will come about.

    Hi,

    just came across this thread, I did the gti evening course earlier this year, I thought it was great. i was a total beginner and got loads out of it so would definitely recommend it.

    A few months ago I saw curtain-making classes in Moycullen, I haven't seen any new classes advertised in a while, but would be interested to hear of any as its a lot closer to home!

    If you're interested I'm giving Beginners sewing classes in Dublin 8 in September. Look at adverts.ie under my user ID Ficoco or further down this page I have put up some posts on sewing and learning. you can PM me with any questions if interested.
