    Hi there,
Everyone has days like this, If your body isn't feeling upto it then have a rest. Don't worry about it . If you dont feel like running today maybe put your gear on and go for a walk , but don't let it put you off its normal to have bad days.

Remember bad days are what make your good days feel so good :)

There's no harm taking a couple of days off to recharge if you're not feeling up to it. Put the runners away for two days, put it to the back of your mind, relax and in a couple of days you'll be back to yourself. Never be scared to take a breather from it.

And as Stupid_Private said if your not feeling great no harm in resting and early night can be good too.

true for ya,I will try not to be too hard on myself,
    so I know if I go for a walk I will almost certaintly "kinda"break into a trot-jog!
so maybe I will just head for the cross trainer for 20mins taking it handy.
    good idea or not?

I'd sit in front of the TV and do next to nothing. If you feel the need to do something to put your mind at rest then go ahead but you'll lose nothing by taking the evening completely off.
