Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes Split?

Is it too good to be true? Has Katie FINALLY seen the light?

According to a report JUST out Tom Cruise is absolutely livid with rage.
(He's well known for his short fuse and fierce temper). Citing “Irreconcilable Differences” in an upcoming legal issue with him, he previously threatened her that if she was ever to try something like this, he would take any possible kids off her.

Katie Holmes apparently has seen the light and served him with documents for a “Dissolution of Contract,” not “Dissolution of Marriage”. There is no court filing yet - that’s the next step. She will be asking for sole custody of the kid/s. She is not currently pregnant.

Nothing on Perezhilton or TMZ yet. I hope it's true though, I like Katie Holmes and hate seeing her now, looking so gaunt, thin, tired, defeated... Bring back Joey!

Is it true,I havent heard anything on the news or net about it.Ihope it is as I never liked TC.

It might be looking likely. They earlier tried a temp split but that apparently didn't work.

Time will tell if the story is true or not but we can only hope she sees the light and get away from the dwarf thug and cult bully.

I used to feel sorry for her too until I saw him in Tropic Thunder. I thought that maybe he doesn't take himself as seriously as it seems in the media.

Lets hope this ones true!!Never liked that bloke!! Reckon he should just come out and be done with it! We all know its true! If I was her I'd tell him to stick his money and out him anyway!! She aint broke is she!! ;0)
