Ok I searched and read as much as I can about this problem for two days and now I need help.
Basically it a fresh trixbox install, packages updated etc..AX100-P el cheapo card..working fine for incoming calls.
For outbound calls from a sip ext the calls gets as far as the trunk but does'nt seem to dial the digits.I have a gsm gateway attached so I visually see what digits are being sent..which is none..altough it trixbox does take the line..From the sip phone I can go-off hook and dial 9 and get the dial tone on the line..
Also the cli shows the numbers going to trunk so dialplan which is very simple is ok..after dialling out the line shows as connected and holds until the call is terminted..CDR shows all calls as answered..
Any ideas?Be very greatful for a prompt solution

The dialtone that you're hearing from your SIP phone is actually being generated by Asterisk on the Trixbox.
Have you ensured that the dialtone sent by the GSM gateways matches the dialtones expected by Asterisk?
