Looking around here and is it just me or are all the good offeres from the UK over and done with. Anything in the lines of A4 / 318-320 99 - 03 is same price as the robbery here when ya include VRT. Does anyone know of anywhere with good value to shop around? Tried all the reliable pistonheads / usedcarsni etc and nothing

ya checked them out too. BY the time you factor in VRT and transport from UK etc is it really worth the bother when you could get it for near the same off CarZone?

Sometimes, sometimes not. Buy wherever the car you want is cheaper.

The chances are that a UK car will be better equipped, especially for makes like BMW which can be horribly under spec'd.

Apart from the time you take researching a car in the UK, you're really only talking about one day to fly over and drive back, and then however long it takes you to get to the VRT office.

I think best savings to be made on cars that are common in the UK but fairly rare here. Low CO2 a given already.
