I think their brief is to find out what actually happened more so than reccommed a ban etc.

They're starting to drop like flies and this is before the biological passport sanctions are released. If this gets much worse Boards.ie might get an invite to the TDF !
Pity it didn't start earlier then Tiny would have had a crack at a legit/euro pink jersey

I imagine the report would now be considered by the German cycling federation, who would then decide to ban him or no.

The more I hear, the more I suspect that not a single rider (or only a dumb minority) will get done by the biological passport.
