Have a standard sky box and last night, when we turned on the TV, BBC has replaced Rte at 101-102 etc

Checked everywhere and can't seem to fine rte and tv3 - have they new numbers and has everyone been affected?

    Help appreciated

Make sure card is on the right way, if not turn off insert right way and turn back on.

No worries, when you take the card out all you get is the Free to air channels and the EPG turns in to the UK EPG with BBC on 101 etc

hi folks, i have a similar problem with my standard sky box. Since the high winds last week i've had problems receiving all my channels - about 50% of them show the message 'no satellite signal' at any time, and the other 50% are ok. Earlier this week all the BBC/RTE/ITV channels were gone, but last night they were back, and it was the turn of the other channels to disappear. Also, while watching one channel the picture just freezes indefinitely.

Would you say it's a problem with the dish being damaged/out of position, or perhaps it's my box or card that's the problem? or something else maybe.
i've tried powering off the box and re-inserting the card, but neither has worked.

    any ideas appreciated.

    Dish alignment most likely

just getting back about this. the problem was in fact the satellite extension cable i bought for my tv ! i went for the best one i could find on amazon.co.uk and for whatever reason it wasn't compatible.
