Hi There,A group of us from work are looking to go away for a day and night (Saturday day and come back Sunday) hopefully fully around the end of june or so. I have the lovely pleasure of organising this! I need some ideas on Locations we will be setting off from Dublin and there will be 6 - 7 of us. I was thinking maybe the isle of Man???? for a night. We are all in our mid to late 20's, we would prefere live bands to Niteclubs (if you no what I mean!). But somewhere where there would be good craic during the day. It can be in Ireland too just though a day away would be fun too.If anyone could come up with some ideas..............Thanks05D

I went to Copenhagen before for New Years with a group of lads. Flew from Dublin. It's a bit pricey but you kind of forget it when you're there (after a few scoops). The nightlife is brilliant- the Danes are absolute nutters and great craic, they all have perfect English and are really friendly.

It has the reputation for being expensive but we got a hotel for cheap enough and sure once your there, all you'll be doing is having a few pints and a bit of dinner- you're hardly gonna be shopping for diamond encrusted shoes.

Defo would recommend it for a weekend anyway- was great in the winter, can only imagine it would be even better in Summer.

Thanks for that. But we were only planning on 1 night away. We could probably stretch it to 2 if it was cheap enough!

Who did you fly with to Copenhagen? Only direct flights I can find are with SAS and cost a fortune. Ryanair seem to have stopped flying to Malmo.
