Which audio interface?

Ok, getting into recording and want an interface to hook up a guitar and mic, possibly a few other instruments but no more than 2 at a time, to my computer. I've narrowed it down to 3 so just need a recommendation.

    Line 6 pod studio UX2
    M-Audio fast track pro
Native Instruments Guitar Rig 3 Session

Which of these will be the best for recording a few tunes. Guitar, vocal, keyboard, violin and probably some mic'd percussion, tamborine, maracas, that sort of thing.

    Any other device I'm ignoring?

More than 2 inputs could be handy in case I want to record with someone else so maybe there's something better in the same price range or a little higher?

    Cheers!

+1 for the FastTrack Pro though you'll only have the 2 inputs I think

Funds being a bit tight after buying a mic and amp, is the fast track pro a big step up from the plain old fast track? Whats the difference asides from around €100 in price?

    +2 on the fastrack pro.

the entry level fasttrack has only 1 line and 1 mic input while the pro version has 2 line and 2 mic (xlr). also the pro has phantom power (which you will need for certain mics aswell as midi in and out. the pro also has a number of analog and digital outputs while the standard only has 1 rca out and a headphone out.
