So, do you sing while driving?

I was driving the other day, and noticed a car onfront of me swaying (just a bit left to right) onfront of me. When I got closer, I see this girl, by herself, in the middle of a full blown dance and sing song. I couldn't believe my eyes, so I passed her out, only to look into the car and see she was, indeed, in the middle of a dance, singing loudly and by herself.

So, it got me thinking, do you sing while driving? Do you try put Michael Flatley to shame?

I have to admit myself, there are some songs I can't help but sing to, but I make sure no one is watching:P

When I'm in the car on my own I'll sing away, but I won't do it infront of other people.

LOL, I don't pause, I just put my hand up to my mouth, and lean my elbow on the window. Sing away cautiously behind my hand then :p

Most of the music I listen to is non-vocal. Bit hard to sing along to Simon Patterson...

What a hurtful thing to say  :p

I have been known to break into song.

Always put on Convoy when heading away in the tow-truck. Stop for a yorkie on the way too :pac:

Haha I do this too. And don't you just hate it when it gets to a good part of the song and the car in the lane beside you pulls right up beside you so you have to use the hand to mouth manoeuvre !!

Aye aye, anytime a good part of the song comes up some one ends up driving towards me etc. etc. I really should care what these random people think:rolleyes:

I always sing along to whatever cd is in my car. I dont care if anyone sees me either. I dont do the dancing thing though. My sister is a classical singer, and warms up her voice while driving. I have had the experience of being able to hear her singing Nella Fantasia in traffic in the car behind her.

I can't sing, so the technically correct answer is "no".

However, I do occasionally bellow tunelessly along with a cd :D

    haha! Yes!

I was listening to private investigations, the best of Dire Straits and Mark Knopfler in the car this morning.

Couldn't help but sing along to some of those tracks!

I do badly, drum a mistimed beat on the steering wheel. "LOST" myself to the music one sunny day sitting in heavy traffic on the n7. Only to notice i was being watched and filmed from the car in front, i was giving it socks rocking out. That freaking kings of leon cd is a backsterd you can't help yourself!! Im getting my coat don't know if im welcome round these parts anymore!!!

You would think I'm cracked if you saw me. I always sing in the car. I talk to myself too and I'm usually splitting my sides laughing at Gift Grub in the mornings!

I do enjoy a good sing-a-long during a long journey or when sitting in traffic. Also keen on abit of drum tapping on the wheel. I've been caught loads of times but never stop, just turn to the observer with a big smile.

Need to do something to cheer me up when sitting in traffic. I tend to do arkward dances when people catch me singing but that's only to embarress the girlfriend.

*Warning* next sentence contains a seterotype. Tend to pull up beside knackers blairing techno music, I blast out some golden oldies and have a sing-a-long with my mates. Their reaction is priceless.

I love when your singing along to a song on a radio station in traffic and you see another driving singing the same song! Very funny when you make eye contact! :D

One of the strangest things I ever saw was someone driving along (admittedly in very slow moving traffic) holding the steering wheel between their knees, singing along and drumming away on the dashboard to the music on the radio ... with a pair of drum sticks

I noticed a guy coming driving towards me looking quizzically at me. It might have been my 5 star performance of She Sells Sanctuary by The Cult which was on my mp3 device at the time. :D

Nearrrrrrrr Farrrrrr Where EvvvveR you AAAAAAARGHHHH..... i hit a tree!!!!11
Damn you Celine Dion and your Passionate emotional heart warming and inspiring Ballads... you make me embarass meself in public at ever play.

Anyone else bellow out a tune akin to Pavoriti at the height of his career then the second you see someone or stop or park your voice turns into a mousey cracked mess like broken glass being dragged across a blackboard by Urkel using his bare hands.
