Ive had a situation before where I needed to show an apartment in the last month of the tenancy and the tenants were scared of their belongings being interfered with so wouldnt answer my calls or agree to dates and times of prospective viewings, and so I was left with a vacant apartment after they moved out for a few weeks. I'm just wondering if theres anyway you can demand access or enter, obviously giving a day or two's notice? I think its really unfair not being able to show the place when you have people interested.
