I personally loved it. Not too fussed on the character development of like blob or that. At least he wasn't the kitty cat we got to see him become by X-Men Last Stand.

I really enjoyed it. Mainly because the copy I got had some funny flaws in it. All the computer generated stuff was missing in half of it. Bloody hilarious it was.

Ha ha, a friend of mine downloaded the same 95% done version, he said there was even director's notes on screen saying, "claws should come out here" or something.

If you liked it like that, go see it in cinema, class, only thing I didn't like was in some clips the ademantium claws looked fake compared to like X-Men or X-Men 2

Watched this back to back with Star Trek in the cinema - star trek pis*ed all over it in terms of enjoyment and excitement. But to be fair this is the 4th Wolverine movie so its not like were seeing anything new here...

But then again how could Star Trek not be good, they've made enough of them.

Couldn't help laughing throughout the film thinking how certain scenes must look on the workprint without the cgi. I liked it over all but i don't get hung up on comic storyline vs movie storyline. Thought the cgi in some scenes was quite poor and the bit at the end of the credits was not worth waiting for!! :P

Going to see Star Trek next, haven't heard a bad thing about it yet. Looking forward to it! :)

Better than X:3 but still a bit of a let down. Jackman was great (he's a solid dependable actor) liev schreiber was EXCELLENT. Needed more deadpool.

I thought it was a complete mess

    Not only the terrible CGI
[This was meant to be the biggest action movie of the year]

The plot was all over the place, with stupid errors and plot holes everywhere

    Baddddd :(

Obviously you were laughin when you said that. How are the new transformers and terminator movies let downs?

For terminator, anythin would be better than T3. Only problem I will have, is sayin that McG made a good movie, considerin he Charlies disasters.

Ah people oughta lay off McG. He didn't write the Charlies Angels movies so can't be held accountable for the woeful scripts. What he did do was make them visually appealing which is to be commended. I'd like to see what he can do with a decent script.

    Oh no, thread derailment.
    :/

I wish i was laughing, I'm a big transformers fan so was really excited to see it finally come to the big screen. I got my popcorn and coke and entered the theater and sat down, the lights dimmed and the film started
rolling. The advertisements came first as the naturally do before the movie starts, 2 hours of advertising later and the credits roll. Apparently i had witnessed the transformers movie

And T3 was **** because it shouldn't have been made, T4 will follow suite as it shouldn't have been made :P

I too am a massive Transformers fan but I really loved the first one. I don't see why people can complain about product placement in a film based on a product. Technically if there was no PP in the film then you there be t Autobots or Decepticons in the film as they are characters created to sell products.

T3 was fun, it took the franchise in a new direction and while it did many things wrong it also did some right. T4 is looking to be an entertaining summer blockbuster in which many things go boom and everything looks quite slick. Perfect fodder for a friday night before a few beers.

He wrote and directed the series "Fastlane" and should never be forgiven for that crime against humanity!

I really liked Fastlane when it was on and have been making my way through the series again lately. It's basically Miami Vice for the 21st centuary and remains a whole lot of fun.

T3 is'nt a patch on the first two films but it's far from the travesty many say it is. It's generic summer blockbustering fun with the emphasis on entertaining the audience. As for Transformers well I loved it, it was big, brash and a hell of a lot of fun from the start.

I really enjoyed the movie for what it was. Nice and self-contained n'all. Didn't ring precisely true to the comics but who cares really....

I know I stayed and watched it but I can't for the life of me remember what happened?

Oh Darko my hate for transformers doesnt stop at the product placement, it stems alot deeper than that :D

I suspected there would be a scene after the credits and was excited to see what it was. However after watching the 107ish minutes that preceeded it I just wanted to leave.

Anyone care to use those spolier block things to tell me what it was?

Heres one thing that annoyed me. Wolverine has three claws come out of his hand, and has two hands so thats six claws.
Sabretooth has sharp fingers nails (a baglady-that was funny) and again five fingers by two hands...
So two guys with 16 sharp objects between them fighting Deadpool (a character known for talking all the time - his new series is even called merc with a mouth) and not one of them can rip the stitches off his mouth. Agh...
