Hi,

I got this in Powercity the other day and have since been trying to get the Guide Plus to work. I have the older model of the player which is very easy to use, unlike this which is not user friendly at all. I dont have digital connected to it, so its only the standard cable channels I want the Guide Plus to load. I have completed the set up and left it on standby for up to 24 hours like it says, but there are still no listings loaded. I even re-installed it and said I lived in the UK and put in a NI Postal code because I read this works but no such luck. Can someone please let me know how to get it working because at this stage I am thinking of returning it due to this problem among countless others. Cheers
