Pissing Blood!

Just got back from a run,
Went for a pee beforehand, ran further than i ever did before (about 8miles) so it was a bit painful on the stomach. Felt like i needed to pee for about the last mile. When i got in just had a small piss, just about 10 seconds, but it was just completely "wine red" blood.
A little bit worried, anyone have any clue what it might be about?
Ive been training steadily so there is no question of overdoing it.
Also cutting down on what ive been eatring, not killing myself though.
Any opnions? Please let me know what ye think!

i'm sorry OP, but if i came in and pissed some blood, I'd be down the doctor before I had put my lad back in the shorts! The last thing I'd be doing is cranking out the PC, getting onto boards.ie and asking if it was ok.

Passing blood in urine can be from something as simple as a reaction to strenous excercise to something as serious as cancer. this is why you need to get to a doc and get a full check-up.
There is no way of knowing without a urine test
Get to a doctor and mind yourself

Dfinately go to the doctor asap. It could also be a kidney infection. But definately dont delay.

the sooner you find out it is nothing to worry about, the better.

i delayed in going to the doctor (not blood in urine), ended up on chemo and radiation because I took so long to go.

don't be a fool like me, I will have to live and die due to thinking "ah, it will go away"

i leave this message, not to scare the s**t out of you, but just to inform you of how important early diagnosis is.
