FTP Directory Permissions with Joomla

    Hi,
    I have a Medius hosting package with you.
    I have recently installed Joomla through the applications section of CPanel. However, even though the Joomla source files are stored in the "Siteapps" folder folder; when I try to browse to the folder, it will show as empty.

    I'm sure that this must be something to do with permissions.
    Have you ever come across this problem before?

    You're help would be greatly appreciated.
