Where to buy Photoshop CS

Just new to digital art. Bought a Wacom graphics Tablet. Can't justify paying so much money for Photoshop CS2, 3 or 4. So I'm wondering, anywhere you can legallay buy the original Photoshop CS? Cheers, -Paul
