Got the issue sorted as it was a problem with the hosting company - someone had inadvertently allowed their server to distribute spam and they were blacklisted as a result. It is coming back to normal now!

Do you know why my home email on outlook comes in 4 or 5 times? Tried to google the problem but nothing

Sometimes this is due to a setting on your account which leaves copies of your email on the mail server.

In outlook click on Tools and then Account Settings.

Click on your account and when the box opens click on More Settings in the bottom right hand corner

Click the Advanced Tab and when that screen opens you should see a section at the bottom marked delivery.

Uncheck the box that says leave a copy of message on the server.

    Click OK and close windows.

If that is not the issue then perhaps your email provider (ie ISP could be experiencing problems!) Check their support page for any indication that there is a problem with their servers.

    Hope this helps!
