Right so, as this thread suggests, it will soon be my sisters wedding and I'm struggling to think of what to get her and the bro-in law...

    Any suggestions would be great..

    Budget?...

Do they already have a house/ house items etc?

What about offering to pay for something in the wedding, depending on Budget, band...photographer....

If budget is tighter maybe try to russel up some old photos of them as kids, as well as them together through their relationship and make a nice book or something for them...

I was at a wedding and the sister of the bride made a photo slideshow to music of the Bride and Groom - is was really lovely.

I'm in the middle of planning a wedding and everything is so expensive! I think offer to pay for something - the photographer, videographer and maybe money towards the honeymoon.

More thoughful than cash and more practical than a vase:)

I know a lot of people who were delighted when someone organised something for their wedding as a present - maybe you could organise the photographer or the flowers?

I don't have much of a budget due to the fact I am literally a poor student, but I like the idea of putting together a photo album or slide show.

Thanks for the input and ideas
