I know you can fail your NCT if you dont take the wheel trims off etc.

But what is the setup with lock nuts on alloys? Do i have to give them the bolt for them or do they even take the wheels off?

You'll be fine with lock nuts on, mine went thru with them.

They just need to be able to see the wheel nuts. Once they can your fine.
